The Family Law Department takes care of various aspects of family matters ranging from adoptions proceedings (government approval for adoption) to contentious divorce and related proceedings (maintenance, PPO proceedings, custody matters) to uncontentious divorce proceedings (separation deed, uncontested divorce)
